Asin's Career
Asin started her career as a tamil actress and proved her metal by winning a few prestigious awards including the filmfare. She bagged south filmfare award of Best Actress for her performance in her second Tamil film, Ghajini (2005). The name of Ghajini proved to be her lucky charm and Asin won filmfare Best Female Debut Award for Ghajini, the remake of its Tamil namesake.
